Leadership & Governance

The Foundation is governed by two founding Directors who provide the strategic vision, operational oversight, and public accountability required of a serious development institution.

Their work is supported by a key technical partner whose expertise has been central to the Foundation’s most impactful programme to date.

The Foundation’s leadership structure is intentionally lean and mission-focused. The Directors’ roles span strategic planning, programme management, stakeholder engagement,
and day-to-day operations , ensuring that governance remains grounded, agile, and accountable to the communities they serve.
